Very nice stay
Very helpful with everything, very clean and nice. It was a bit far from everything, nearest city is driving distance. Rooms were big and very comfortable beds. They were very helpful with my gluten-free diet, just let them know when arrival and they will try their best to help.

What was the highlight of Gewan Resort New Alamein
The place is beyond awesome but the management needs a lot.
The room was amazing, decoration along the hotel. The bed-cabin in front of the sea was charming. Food was good and pleasant.
The staff wasn’t helpful specially beach boy (Mohamed) he told me go and get your towels your self. In restaurant there was a guy started preparing the table for breakfast and pulling out the plates while we were still eating dinner. Why there wasn’t any “sign” saying (Towels) on the kiosk and we have to walk 15 min because we missed it. The beach sand wasn’t clean, full of dust and plants.

Wonderful stay, beautiful resort, fun for families, though separated from the main city.
Comfortable Chalet, large pool, fun aqua park, calm beach, golf carts to take you to said beach, and nice views.
- Housekeeping needing us to be present to tell them what needs to be replaced? Most of the days they didn’t even give us water and we had to buy it, and we had no soap for the first 2 days. - The bedroom locks didn’t work. - The breakfast selection was very iffy, basically 2 versions of the same 3 food items. - Also the location is somewhat cut off from most of Alamein.

No sufficient varieties for food Staff not so professional Animation team not seen No activities for kids I have a. Bad experience with. Maintainance Problem occurred in my room with very late and crude management from the hotel staff Also there is part of the beech rented for a private company that is extra-charged and this is not accepted for me I think it is the hotel role to upgrade the survive to a higher level not to sell the service for another survive provider
